  This is the only location with a drive thru in a 10 mile radius, and all 5 of the drive thrus are closed and being used as a parking lot for the employees. Ridiculous!!!

  Everything will ALWAYS be done online or through the app..this location is a joke. Keep pushing people out of a physical location..before all physical locations are pushed out. This location top of the list. Me: i need to close an account Lady at front kiosk: first you'll need to remove all funds Me:its not an even withdrawal. Chick (smiles like I'm an idiot) you'll have to stand in line. (I stand in line for over 20 minutes evn though i was the 2nd person in line) Teller : i can transfer your funds but to close an account youll have to talk to BANKER. WISH KIOSK LADY WOULD HAVE SAID THAT. But since there were already 6 people waiting..

  So there's one teller and only two other people tending customers needs.,. I've been here for the past half and hour and still waiting., most likely the parrot lady must have been off today.. Guess she would have made it easier.. Helping out too.. I gotta go somewhere else but I see my likelihood going down the drain.., maybe later.. I'll be patient.. Just as I will and I am with crazy drivers on streets.. Finally 45 minutes later I see someone... Gosh!!! Is been one of them days., just got out at 50 minutes later., and thank God., the annoying "welcome to bank of America., please be patient will be right with you" wasn't there.,
