- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Called ahead and asked if they did free notary public and the lady said yes and that they were open until 6:30pm. Told her I would see her this evening. When my husband I got there she proceeded to notarized our document without mention of a payment and then before walking said it would be $10. I could have gone to my bank tomorrow and had it done for free if they would have been forthcoming. Not to mention they were not very friendly in there. Will never go back!By Just Me, June 20, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The lady was extremely rude as I walked in to mail my package. I have mailed various items to a FPO address from there UPS stores in the area, including cigarettes. She saw the one carton of cigarettes and immediately told me I could not mail them. I tried to explain to her it is legal to send them to an APO, FPO, or DPO address as long as it is okay with the country it is going to. I even had the information pulled up on my phone. Instead of even listening to me speak, she cut me off and starts clapping her hands telling me I'm breaking the law. Drove 20 minutes down the road to another UPS store who took great care of me and obviously knew their job. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have a box here and the ladies that work here are super helpful and really friendly! Not sure why the comments below are super negative, but the people who work here are really efficient. With the amount of traffic, they are able to remember who walks through the door and what box they are in. I'd recommend this UPS store to anyone.By this one, January 09, 2017
